Baird & Company’s portfolio management department, Baird Investment Management. The Phelps/Purintun team has worked together managing client portfolios for more than a decade. Oarsman equity portfolios are diversified across all major economic sectors and positioned to benefit from strong market trends. Typical equity portfolios hold 40-50 high-quality individual securities. Balanced portfolios hold a similar number of stocks, plus four to ten high-quality (AA average credit rating) bonds.
